3rd Birthday Bash

Grandma and Grandpa Tuggle came up to help us celebrate Emme's birthday.

 Auntie N sent a tiara for Emme to wear, which she only wore for a second...

 before she had to take it upstairs and put it on her dresser for safe keeping. I think she was a little overwhelmed by how beautiful it was. lol

 Emme got a fun Disney Princess castle, that almost blew her mind...

 Auntie N made her some tutus, which were modeled along with every piece of jewelry that came in her jewelry box. 

 Princess cupcakes were enjoyed by all, except for the Gidder-man who pooped out for the night at 5:30!

Embry Elizabeth is 3!

My beautiful Embry who although looked very angry most of the time as a newborn and baby, has always been a little ray of sunshine.

Emme has always been a big sweetheart. When she hugs you, you can just feel that she is putting all of her love into it.

Emme is a joy and a blessing in our family. Her smile brightens everyday!

She definitely keeps us entertained.

Emme always has a song in her heart and a dance in her little feet. She is a great sister to both her big and little brothers. Happy Birthday Emme! We are so grateful for the little whirlwind that you are, and for the adventure that always follows you! 

Gideon at 15 Months

Gideon is 15 months old! Time has really flown, it seems like just yesterday he turned 1! Gideon is now 30.5in tall and he weighs 21lbs! He had to get three shots at the doctor this visit, but he was very brave and only cried for a second until mommy was allowed to hold him. He did get angry at the band-aids though, and those were ripped off and thrown on the floor of the car as soon as I wasn't looking! 

Robot Elijah

Elijah came up with the ideas for his robot costume all by himself. Mom and Dad only helped him to staple things. I love all of the fun and creative things that Elijah comes up with!

Favorite Things...

Gideon is a goofy and opinionated little guy these days, and he has definitely decided what his favorite things are:

Gideon loves to play Minnie Mouse dress-up with Emme. He has a favorite Minnie that he likes to play with while he watches Mickey Mouse Club House. He also likes to dance with Minnie to the "Hot Dog Song."

Gideon loves to ride on his puppy. He can only make it go backwards, but he still thinks it is really fun.

Gideon is also obsessed with spoons and spatulas and anything that resembles a stick or a pointer. Thankfully, they haven't become weapons yet! 

Always Together

Gideon loves this chair and has claimed it as his. He sits in it all the time with a huge grin on his face.

Sometimes though he lets Emme sit with him...

And then Elijah has to sit there too. So, they cram themselves onto one chair when we have a couch and a love seat that would allow them to all have a seat. I guess, it just more fun to sit all over each other and to be together.

Bunk Beds

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for the boys new bunk beds. Elijah loves sleeping on the top bunk and all three of them love hanging out on them. Emme has claimed the bottom bunk, and is excited to sleep there when company visits. I think she will put up quite a fight when Gideon eventually moves into that bed. 

Gideon the Silly Man

Gideon has really changed over the last few weeks. His little personality has started to show a lot more and it has been really fun to get to know him again now that he can express himself. Gideon says a few words (not including names). His favorites are uh-uh-oh and hi-ya. He loves to pretend that he is talking to Daddy on the phone and he loves blowing kisses, or in his case licks. Gideon is obsessed with sticks, spoons and anything that he can point with. He loves when you give him a rag or a cloth and tell him to clean the house. He is a very good and thorough duster! He insists on washing himself and his siblings in the tub. Gideon loves to dance and sing and clap his hands. Gideon walks very well now and he is quite independent. He will go upstairs alone and play in the boys or Emme's room by himself. Gideon really is a funny little guy and he definitely keeps us entertained. 

My mom and I made Gideon's name (above) to hang above his bed.
