Super Elijah

Eli was showing off his awesome little baby body for us tonight while he was getting his pajamas on. He thinks he is pretty cute in just his diaper. And well, yeah, we kind of agree!

Teeth!

Elijah has two full teeth now. We have been trying to get a picture where you can see them for the last few months. However, Eli is very stingy with them and does not want to share them! LOL Luckily we managed to get a shot of them by making him giggle.

Shedd Aquarium

Eli and I at the huge coral reef tank Grandpa showing Eli the dolphins The dolphin show Eli and I riding on a sea turtle Grandma showing Eli all the pretty fish We went to the Shedd Aquarium while we were in Chicago. Eli got to ride both the train and a bus on the way there. He seemed to enjoy both, and was really good. I love the Shedd Aquarium, it is my favorite place to go in the city. Eli loved seeing all of the fish, whales and dolphins. It was a really nice family outing, and I think everyone had a great time.

Happy Birthday Dad and Erin!

Happy Birthday Dad! Thanks for being such a great Dad to me, I could not have asked for anyone better! We love you! Erin's birthday was on the 22nd! Happy birthday Erin! You are a great sister Tink! We love you! You are a great Aunt to Eli. (Eli always has a smile for Auntie Erin!)

Visit With the Tuggles

This week we were able to go to Illinois to visit with my family. Grandma and Grandpa and Auntie Erin had a great time spoiling Eli every moment. On Saturday my parents had 3 sets of my Aunts and Uncles over for a BBQ. It was great to see everybody and Eli loved all of the attention. Uncle Jerry and Aunt Kathy got to meet Eli, which was fun because Uncle Jerry introduced Dustin and I.

Rice Cereal (yummy,yummy!)

Now that Elijah is a little over 6 months old, Dustin and I decided that he needed to start eating big boy food. Last night we tried for the first time with some rice cereal. I thought that Eli would just kind of play with the food and then spit it out, but surprisingly he LOVED it. He ate the whole bowl that I had made for him! What a big boy he has become!

Elijah is 6 Months Old!

Eli had his 6 month check up this last week. He now weighs almost 17lbs and is 26 1/2 inches long! Eli's little personality has really come out the last few months and he is so much fun to play with. He is very stubborn and he knows exactly what he wants. He hasn't started crawling yet, but he scoots and rolls to get around. Dustin and I think that he has gotten to be so efficient at rolling to get where he wants to go that he might skip crawling all together.

Bed Head (aka hair up and up like a mountain)!!

Friday morning Eli woke up with quite the hairdo!
